After upgrading to X.org Server 1.5 as described below

A lot of changes regarding device recognition and use by the X server
have been introduced in the 1.5 update.  As that version is going
stable on all architectures, users should read the upgrade guide [0]
before actually updating the package.

xsnap stop to load with this error:

xsnap error : impossible to load font -bitstream-bitstream vera
sans-medium-r-normal-*-*-100-*-*-p-*-iso8859-*

To fix the problem:

grep WW /var/log/Xorg.0.log

(WW) The directory "/usr/share/fonts/TTF/" does not exist.

cd /usr/share/fonts
ln -s ttf-bitstream-vera TTF

if you do not have ttf-bitstream-vera directory then:

emerge media-fonts/ttf-bitstream-vera

restart your X session and xsnap will work again!
